Protest Extreme Animal Cruelty at Denny’s in Palatine, IL

Join Animal Equality and fellow activists to protest Denny’s egregious use of cages for pregnant pigs in its supply chain. We will be standing outside of the Denny’s in Palatine, IL who is owned by Dawn Lafreeda–Denny’s most well known ambassador and a board member of the Denny’s Franchise Association. We are urging Ms. Lafreeda to use her influence with the company to speak out against the horrific treatment of pigs. Pigs are smart, sentient animals who suffer immensely from confinement and many companies have already banned this practice. It’s time for Denny’s to do the same! Until Denny’s announces a policy banning this cruelty, we will be outside of their restaurants and events informing the public about the cruelty they allow in their company.
