investigators visited two organic egg
farms in Northern Germany in order to
expose and uncover the reality of the
egg
industry one of the Farms investigated
supplies eggs to Deutsche froide gmbh
Germany's largest egg producer and one
of Europe's biggest egg
producers the footage uncovered by the
investigation team shows the suffering
these animals
undergo the stress these sensitive
animals experience is visible in their
body almost all of the animals feathers
are completely plucked
hens and chickens are sensitive
creatures who feel empathy towards one
another mother hens are deeply
affectionate and caring baby chicks
start communicating with their mothers
while they are still inside the
egg in farms like these they watch
members of their own species die in

them mother hens never get a chance to
raise their young and watch them grow
forced to lay more and more eggs in
order to be profitable after only a few
months egg laying hens are so drained
and tired they stop laying eggs that is
when they are transported to the
slaughter house where a horrific death
