Kevin Brown serves on the board of Howard University's Center for Supply Chain
Excellence. He also sits on Kroger's board, where he earns more than
$300,000 a year. Under his watch, Kroger still
sells eggs from hens trapped in cages so small they cannot spread their
wings. Birds forced to live in filth, many die inside
cages. Kroger promised to end this, then it broke that promise.
Kevin Brown also leads Dell's global supply chain, linked to child
labor concerns in Congo cobalt mining.
