As we look forward to the year ahead and all that we hope to accomplish, we wanted to briefly look back at 2018 and reflect on the past year’s successes.

Supporters like you made 2018 a historic year for animals. With your relentless dedication to our mission and tireless work on behalf of farmed animals, together we are creating a world where all animals are respected and protected, and millions are spared from suffering.

You have shared our investigations, helping to expose cruelty to cows in Italian slaughterhouses, the horrible treatment of turkeys in the UK and the abuse of pigs on factory farms in Spain.

You have signed our petitions like the ones asking McDonald’s to ban #McChickenCruelty and our UK petition asking for a #FoieGrasFreeGB.

You have participated in online and in-person campaign actions that have lead to dozens of policies won in 2018, including cage-free commitments from major retailers in Mexico, Germany and Brazil.

You have helped pass animal protection legislation, like Prop 12 in California which bans cages for farmed animals, and have supported proposed laws like in the Mexican State of Jalisco, which would make cruelty to farmed animals a crime.

You have made countless plant-based meals from recipes found on Love Veg, gaining compassionate knowledge from our sites in the U.S., the U.K., Mexico, India and Germany.

Finally, you have made us one of the most effective and impactful animal protection organizations in the world, considered a Top Charity by Animal Charity Evaluators (ACE).

You are the heart and soul of our organization. We could not do any of the amazing work we do without your continued support.

Thank you for everything you have done so far and together let’s make 2019 even better!

Forever grateful,
