Keith Dailey:
Kroger’s reputation is on the line
Keith Dailey has spent years helping Kroger tell its story about being a responsible corporate citizen. As the company’s Group Vice President of Corporate Affairs, he serves as Chief Communications Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer, overseeing Kroger’s public image, sustainability initiatives, and social responsibility efforts.
But no amount of corporate storytelling can cover up the reality of Kroger’s actions.
In 2022, Kroger abandoned its commitment to source 100% cage-free eggs by 2025. Millions of hens continue to suffer in cages as a result.
It’s time for Keith Dailey to stop managing Kroger’s image and start addressing the harm behind it.

Keith Dailey is responsible for Kroger keeping hens in cages
Dailey is responsible for helping shape how Kroger presents itself to the public. He cannot separate that responsibility from the company’s actions.
Urge Kroger’s corporate affairs leadership to take responsibility for the company’s broken promise and work toward a resolution that protects hens.
Tell Keith Dailey: Kroger must keep its promise to hens.
