Animal Equality investigation – Sheep brutally killed in UK slaughterhouse

Transcript (English — en-x-autogen)
After a stressful and frightening journey,
young lambs and sheep arrive at this British slaughterhouse.
Some were already so weak that they didn't survive the trip.
Thousands of sheep are killed here at Farmers fresh whales every single week.
Innocent and vulnerable.
They look around in fear as they sense their impending fate.
Workers wrestle and pull the sheep into a room where they'll be lined up or
slaughter,
treated as nothing more than commodities. They are loaded onto a conveyor belt,
which will deliver them to their deaths.
The conveyor system routinely fails to work correctly.
Little lambs helplessly fall through the gap in the machine
while others become painfully trapped and suspended in midair.
Terrified.
They're left hanging upside down until a worker comes to kill them.
Their blood drains onto the floor.
These violations of animal welfare laws took place in the presence of a food
standards agency. Inspector
the inspector watches his workers behead the sheep and remove the animal's
lifeless body from the machine. Unbelievably,
the inspector is satisfied with their suffering.
Headless corpses are thrown onto the backs of other sheep who are left to
frantically struggle beneath the weight,
surrounded by death. These animals have no escape.
They watch in terror as the sheep in front of them have their throat slit.
These haunting scenes are the stuff of nightmares, but to these animals,
they are a reality for them.
This horror story has no happy ending.
