GREG FORAN IS TIED TO ANIMAL CRUELTY
Greg Foran leads Kroger while millions of hens remain trapped in cages. Tell him to act.

ANIMAL CRUELTY: APPROVED BY GREG FORAN
Greg Foran became CEO of Kroger in 2026. But this is not the first time he has led a major grocery company accused of breaking a cage-free promise.
Before joining Kroger, Foran served as CEO of Walmart U.S. while the company pledged to transition to 100% cage-free eggs by 2025. Years later, Walmart confirmed it would not fulfill that commitment.
Now, Foran leads Kroger — another grocery giant that publicly promised to stop selling eggs from caged hens, only to later weaken and delay that pledge while millions of hens remain confined in cages so small they cannot even spread their wings.
Greg Foran publicly speaks about “execution,” leadership, and serving communities. But he is now the only executive in American grocery history to lead two of the nation’s largest grocers as both failed to honor the same animal welfare commitment.
Kroger may have made these decisions before Foran became CEO, but he is responsible for what happens now.
Will Greg Foran continue Kroger’s broken promises — or finally do the right thing?

GREG FORAN MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE
Greg Foran built his reputation as a retail operator focused on execution and long-term value. But at both Walmart and Kroger, the same pattern has emerged: cage-free promises made to the public, then quietly abandoned.
Millions of hens are still suffering in cages for Kroger eggs despite years of public assurances that the company would transition away from extreme confinement.
Foran was not Kroger’s CEO when the company weakened its cage-free pledge. But as CEO today, he has the power — and responsibility — to change course.
Leadership is about more than profits and press releases.
It is about whether a company keeps its word when it matters.
Tell Greg Foran to finally fulfill Kroger’s cage-free commitment.
